Who Am I?

Welcome to my corner of the digital world. My name is Wade, and I’m many things: a proud father, a passionate gamer, a combat veteran, a Freemason, and, above all, a survivor. Life has taken me down some challenging roads, but it’s also taught me the power of resilience, community, and purpose.

As a veteran, I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with service. I’ve faced battles both on and off the field—from combat to the quieter, yet equally daunting, struggles of PTSD and mental health challenges. I’m here today because I chose to fight for my life, and I’m committed to helping others find their strength to do the same.

Mental health advocacy is at the heart of what I do. I’m open about my journey as a PTSD and suicide survivor because I believe in breaking the stigma that often surrounds these conversations. Whether through sharing my story, offering insights, or simply being a voice of support, I aim to create a space where others feel seen, heard, and understood.

Outside of my advocacy work, I’m a lover of all things gaming. Gaming has been more than just a hobby; it’s been a form of therapy, a way to connect with others, and a reminder that even in the toughest of times, there’s room for joy and exploration.

Through this blog, I hope to share pieces of my life, insights from my journey, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. My goal is to inspire, inform, and connect with anyone who may be navigating their own challenges or simply looking for a place to belong.

Thank you for stopping by. Whether you’re here for a dose of inspiration, to learn more about mental health, or just to connect with someone who’s been through the fire and come out stronger, you’re in the right place. Let’s embark on this journey together.
